libusbip0 software package provides USB device sharing system over IP network (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libusbip0
libusbip0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libusbip0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libusbip0 *
You will get with libusbip0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
